Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of appliance repair services by Luxerun Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") to the customer ("you" or "the customer"). By booking a repair service with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for household appliances including fridges, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and oven hoods. Services are available across Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, New Milton, Lyndhurst, Lymington, and Southampton.

3. Booking and Access

  • All repair appointments must be booked in advance.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the appliance.

  • You must be present during the appointment or have a designated adult available on-site.

4. Diagnosis and Estimates

  • An initial diagnostic fee may be charged, which will be quoted upfront.

  • If parts are required, we will provide an estimate before proceeding with any further repairs.

  • Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

5. Parts and Labour

  • We use quality new or manufacturer-approved replacement parts.

  • Labour charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing work.

  • We reserve the right to adjust charges for unforeseen complications, with your approval.

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the repair.

  • We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

  • Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal recovery action.

7. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a call-out charge.

8. Warranties

  • Repairs are covered by a 30-day labour warranty.

  • Replacement parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 6–12 months.

  • Warranty does not apply to faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or further unrelated faults.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to the repair.

  • While we take care to avoid any property damage, minor risks (e.g., scratches, movement of appliances) are inherent in repair work.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the appliance is accessible and not obstructed.

  • Disclose any known issues or modifications to the appliance.

  • Keep pets and children away from the work area during repairs.

11. Data Protection

We will only collect and use your personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website or upon request.
